Turning Guilt And Depression Around
July 27, 2018The Allure Of Sympathy
July 29, 2018There are passages in the Bible that let you know that there is a time limit for us all. Even before death, God could give up and just give us over to our own desires, give up trying so hard to lure you to His side, give up on giving you ways of escape. It happens, and I have seen it. If you get out from under authority or lose the personal responsibility, and the veil drops down (II Corinthians 3:12-18)—change is impossible. You end up with a sensual indulgence for more, a continual lust for more, and you cannot get out of it (Ephesians 4:19). But it is usually not for those who are worried about this. Those who are worried have a chance; those who are not worried are the ones who have gone too far.
How do you break a relationship? You disobey. How do you repair a relationship? You repent and then you obey. If you are alive and can read this and you have even the slightest holy fear, then respond while you have a chance!
Humble obedience is the key to this relationship… simply an essential concept. Obedience implies you have an authority. Being under authority has been so criminalized in this generation, however, it is the means of a saving connection between you and God, which is your life and breath—it is the meaning and it is the essence of a relationship with the one who is above you; it is a linear line of a relationship going up.
